'Terroir' is soil, earth, weather, climate, character, tradition, heritage, the unique aspects of a terrain. It’s used to define the characteristics of a product. Almost every village in Provence has it's own festivities to celebrate the harvest of local products. Local artisans are proud to present their products and to pass on valuable traditions. I’ve used only local produced products, vintage pottery and kitchen tools to make this series.
